On March 14, 2007 we held a Security Summit on Geospatial Information Systems at The Cooper Union’s Great Hall in the Foundation Building.
|
It was exciting to hold an event in a venue that has such historical significance – including past speeches by Abraham Lincoln and Frederick Douglass.
With more than 240 people registered to it matched last year’s GIS event attendance – a strong indicator of the importance of the topic at hand.
Kudos to George Davis, our GIS Coordinator and who pulled in all of the resources to create such as sucessful event. Thanks, of course to all of our speakers and exhibitors.
